Ryan is an active Powerlifting competitor, USPA Coach and State Referee. In addition to Powerlifting, he has a background in coaching team sports and is the current Strength and Conditioning coach for the Olympic High school Wrestling Team. Prior to working with the Wrestling program he coached girls soccer for many years. As a competitor he has a diverse background that allows him to relate and program sports specific exercises accordingly. Before narrowing his focus to Powerlifting Ryan competed in BJJ, Weightlifting, Strongman, Rugby, Soccer indoor & Outdoor, Hockey and Wrestling.

Darleen started out never lifting before and found fitness when she was heavier and wanted to make a change. She first resorted to drastic measures and unhealthy eating habits until she was severely under weight until she found lifting and ever since then she made a change for the better. She started bodybuilding to put on muscle and had a goal to compete in her first NPC bikini body show. After her first competition, she transitioned into powerlifting where she qualified for and competed in APA Worlds and broke the Washington state bench record. She has also competed and took first in her first strongman competition.
Darleen currently runs conditioning/hybrid classes, TRX/KB classes, personal training and meal planning to help other towards their fitness goals. She is also an active member in the APA federation as a competitor and USAPL federation as a coach.
